Hike with “wood-cutter” snack
This much-loved guided field day takes place very week (depending on demand). Starting point is in front of our hotel at 10 am; minimum attendance: 35 people, maximum of 100 people;

The length and intensity of this hike is adjusted to its participants. So in order to have all travelers participate, the hiking tour itself is adjusted to the travelers’ age and condition. Duration of hike: 1 to 1.5 hours; return path: ca 1 hour; Handicapped people are taken to the hiking tour’s final destination via our excursion train.

Having done half of the hike, our tour guide and leader of this hike will offer our participants one or two shots of schnapps in order to be doing the final path of our hike. From this point on, there are just a few miles left and we have reached our destination. There, a delicious snack has been already prepared for our guests. Depending on the weather, the “wood-cutter” snack will take place inside or outside.

Having reaching the final destination, one can indulge in all culinary delicacies such as knuckle with pork, pork belly, homemade liver cheese and smoked sausage, cheese and so on. All side dishes such as bread, tomatoes, bell peppers, pepperoni, chili peppers, homemade potato cheese and many more specialities (might vary a bit).

Feel free to eat as much as you like and refill your plate as often as you prefer to. There is enough food for all our guests! Having indulged in such a wonderful meal, some schnapps might be necessary (“Obstler” or “elder schnapps”). Further drinks are available as well. To your availability you can choose from the following drinks: mineral water, must, and lemonade. All the drinks are included in the price.

Around 3pm, the way back home is going to start.

Our hiking house is located in the village of Hag, approximately 3 km away from our hotel. If the weather is not good at all, the buffet takes place inside. Price per person: € 10,- including food and drinks
